I’ve worked in several different areas before going into Private Practice, including a large mental health association for 12 years, a hospice, a sexual abuse centre and a busy research clinic at the Strathclyde University. My focus now is running a private practice, specialising in individual, couples, and sex therapy. I am also the in-house expert for Mojo, a sexual well-being app for erectile dysfunction.
I tailor my approach for each client, drawing on various therapeutic models including client centred, emotion-focused, attachment based, psychodynamic, CBT, compassion focused and Mindfulness. I'm also a qualified Yoga teacher, bringing my knowledge of the importance of body, breath, relaxation and interoception to my clients.
I am passionate about my work and am here to support you in exploring the challenges you are facing at the moment and finding ways to make positive changes.

I now work in a ‘blended’ way – face to face and Zoom. This means that if we start working together, some of the sessions will be in person and some on-line, (when I am away from Fife).
I am very lucky to have a therapy room, looking out to sea. It is on Main Street, Lower Largo, in the East Neuk of Fife. It has a step free access, (although sadly not wheel chair accessible) and has private parking. There is a bus stop across the road.
